About Us

Family-Owned | Experienced | Reliable | Committed to Quality

At Conducive Electrical, we are a family-run business founded by two brothers, Ben and Julien, who have always shared the dream of working together. Our mission is to deliver exceptional electrical services with professionalism, integrity, and a personal touch.

With over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work, Ben brings extensive industry knowledge and hands-on expertise. Julien complements this with 14 years of service as a Marine Technician (Electrical) in the Australian Navy, bringing a high level of technical skill, precision, and discipline.

We're also proud to have Isaac as part of our team, an enthusiastic apprentice who brings a strong work ethic and a commitment to developing his skills and learning the trade.

Behind the scenes, Stephanie manages our administration and day-to-day office operations, ensuring clear communication, efficient scheduling, and a smooth customer experience from the initial enquiry through to job completion.

As a team, we share the same values and commitment to excellence. We take pride in delivering quality workmanship, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring every customer receives the best possible outcome. No matter the size of the project, we approach every job with care, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Proudly servicing South-East Melbourne suburbs, we provide safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical solutions for residential and commercial clients.
